Manuka Pay (operated by Matihiko Digital Limited) is a technology platform only. Matihiko Digital Limited does not hold, process, or transmit customer funds at any time. All payment processing, fund collection, and merchant payouts are performed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco, USA) under a direct Stripe Connect agreement between Stripe and each Merchant. Matihiko Digital Limited collects a platform service fee only, deducted at the time of Stripe settlement.

All card and digital wallet payments on Manuka Pay are processed by Stripe. Merchants who use Manuka Pay agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Terms of Service directly with Stripe. Stripe operates independently of Matihiko Digital Limited and makes its own decisions regarding Merchant eligibility, account holds, payout timing, and disputes.
